Mikheil Saakashvili reacted negatively to the replacement of the Prime Minister of Georgia

Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, held in a Tbilisi clinic after a long hunger strike, commented on the reshuffle in the country's government and the change of prime minister.

“The only goal of this gang is to further enrich Bidzina and strengthen power. They don't care at all about the fate of people. The carousel of chairs around the table does not change anything for an ordinary Georgian: mothers will continue the unequal struggle for a piece of bread for their children; students will still not be able to find employment in their profession; The only soul-warming consolation for grandparents will be international calls from children and grandchildren who were forced to go abroad,” Saakashvili wrote on the social network. He was referring to Bidzina Ivanishvili, the Georgian billionaire founder of the ruling Georgian Dream party, who is credited with having the greatest influence in the country. Previously, he also had Russian citizenship.

Let us remind you that on January 29, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili resigned. His place will presumably be taken by the leader of the ruling Georgian Dream party, Irakli Kobakhidze.
