A resident of Ingushetia, Ruslan Derbichev, was persuaded to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense and sent to the "SVO" in Ukraine. He was diagnosed with "paranoid schizophrenia" and belongs to category "D" - "unfit for military service".

At the same time, by a court decision dated November 24, 2023, Ruslan was deprived of his driver's license. The court indicated the diagnosis of "organic personality disorder of behavior in connection with mixed diseases, persistent severe psychological syndrome." The court cited arguments about the immediate threat to road safety and deprived him of the right to drive a vehicle.
