Man fined for video with symbols of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria
A court in Tula fined local resident Arsen Azizov for a video recording with symbols of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, which is declared terrorist in Russia and banned. The amount was one and a half thousand rubles.
Azizov was found guilty of demonstrating prohibited symbols (Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The man posted the video recording on VKontakte. He admitted his guilt and deleted the post from the page.
In March, a court in the Volgograd Region fined Sergei Lomakin for posting a picture in a messenger with the flags of the CRI and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army.
