Russian coat of arms without Orthodox crosses spotted at award ceremony for Kadyrov's son

During the award ceremony for 17-year-old Adam Kadyrov on the territory of the OMON unit "Akhmat-Grozny", Orthodox crosses disappeared from the coat of arms of the Russian Federation hanging on the wall. They were "removed" from the crowns.

"Everyone has long been accustomed to the "crossfall". Orthodox crosses have been erased from covers, posters, signs a hundred times. On many things. But there has not been a "crossfall" on official state symbols yet. Now there is. A video from Chechnya showed a Russian coat of arms with no crosses on it. Not a fake," wrote Kremlin war correspondent Yuri Kotenok.

Chechnya did not comment on these facts.

The day before, Adam Kadyrov received another award - a medal for the 25th anniversary of the OMON "Akhmat-Grozny". He also heads the Security Service of his father, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. He was previously awarded the title Hero of the Chechen Republic and the highest award, the Order of Kadyrov.
