Another serviceman was convicted for unwillingness to go to the "SVO"

The Nalchik garrison military court sentenced contract soldier Mukhadin Kunizhev to one year in prison. He was found guilty of failing to appear at the military unit during the period of mobilization to be sent to a “special military operation” against Ukraine.

According to investigators, on November 22, 2022, the serviceman did not show up for service at the military unit in Stavropol without good reason. At the same time, a month later, he appeared in the investigating authority.

Earlier, another contract soldier from the KBR, Muaed Kochesokov, was sentenced to six years in prison. He was found guilty of leaving the military unit without permission.
