An apology was demanded from a resident of the KBR who did not stand up during the playing of the Russian anthem

In the official TG channel of the state company RusHydro, a public apology was demanded from an employee from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, who “insulted a team of seventy thousand people,” to the society and the team. We are talking about a man who sat listening to the Russian anthem at school N33 in Nalchik.

“An employee of the Kabardino-Balkarian branch disgraced the company and insulted the seventy-thousand-strong team of energy workers who, with their conscientious work, ensure the operation of the most complex facilities and the energy sovereignty of the country around the clock. The company’s energy workers expect the employee to make a public apology to society and the team and explain the reasons for his inappropriate behavior during the solemn performance of the national anthem at an official event at school,” the company statement says.

Let us remind you that at school No. 33 in Nalchik, at the graduation party, eight parents of ninth-graders did not stand during the playing of the Russian anthem. In addition, some schoolchildren covered their ears with their hands. Reports were drawn up against parents of graduates for violating the official use of the Russian anthem. Among them were the head of the RusHydro department, the wife of a judo coach, the wife of a developer in the KBR and mothers of many children.

The head of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Andrei Kartapolov, said that due to “the fact of demonstrative disrespect for the National Anthem of the Russian Federation” at school No. 33 in Nalchik, he contacted “the relevant authorities.”

Deputy Vitaly Milonov regarded what was happening as “high treason.”

“This is simply high treason, if children are raised in such an atmosphere, it means that they are raised this way at school, at home, by their parents,” he emphasized.
