A meeting of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee was held in Moscow, dedicated to countering the spread of terrorist ideology, neo-Nazism, and religious extremism in the North Caucasus Federal District.
Pashinyan, Aliyev, and Trump to meet in the US

On August 7-8, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will pay an official visit to Washington. The program includes a bilateral meeting with US President Donald Trump to discuss the strategic partnership between Armenia and the US.
In addition, a trilateral meeting will be held with the participation of Pashinyan and the presidents of Azerbaijan (Ilham Aliyev) and the US (Donald Trump) to discuss issues of peace, security, prosperity, and economic cooperation in the region.
In July, Aliyev and Pashinyan met in the UAE. They discussed the normalization of relations and border delimitation, noted the progress achieved, and agreed to continue bilateral talks and confidence-building measures.
