Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.

Speaking in parliament, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan voiced three conditions, subject to which his country will sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan.
The first condition is that Armenia and Azerbaijan must recognize each other’s territorial integrity in this way: the territory of Armenia is 29,800 square meters. km, and Azerbaijan – 86,600 sq. km. The second condition is that the Almaty Declaration must become a political basis for the delimitation and then demarcation of borders. The third condition concerns the opening of communications in the region - it must occur on the principles of sovereignty, jurisdiction, legislation, equality and reciprocity of countries.
In addition, the European Parliament, in its resolution, intends to urge the European Union to impose sanctions against Azerbaijan due to the events in Nagorno-Karabakh and reduce dependence on imports of Azerbaijani gas. The EP also notes the need to work to ensure international guarantees for the security of the Armenians of Karabakh and restore humanitarian access to the region.
