Pashinyan: "Armenia is not an ally of Russia in the war with Ukraine"

Armenia is not an ally of Russia in the conflict with Ukraine and no one in general. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. According to him, the West believes that Armenia is an ally of Russia, while in Moscow, on the contrary, they do not see it as their ally in the war with Ukraine.

“Our feelings from this conflict are anxiety, because it directly affects all our relationships. The truth is that the more complex the situation, the narrower the room for maneuvering becomes. We evade not because we have no opinion on the situation, but because of what I said - our worries are much greater, they do not allow us to be more involved in resolving other issues,” Pashinyan added. He also added that Armenia presents to the people such a political vision, where the primary goal of foreign policy should be normal relations with immediate neighbors.
