Russia does not intend to comply with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling requiring Georgian citizens to pay over 250 million euros, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated. When asked about the possibility of improving Russian-Georgian relations if the payment were made, Peskov noted that the Kremlin views this issue as a separate matter.

Armenia has not received information from the Russian Federation about Azerbaijan’s plans to begin military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Yerevan expects Russian peacekeepers to take action to stabilize the situation.
“The main goal of this operation is to involve Armenia in a military operation. Armenia is not involved in hostilities; there are no our armed forces in Nagorno-Karabakh,” Pashinyan said at a Security Council meeting.
Nagorno-Karabakh Ombudsman Gegham Sepanyan reported that as a result of shelling from Azerbaijan, 2 people were killed and 11 were injured. Among the victims were 1 dead and 8 wounded children.
In Yerevan, protesters gather near the government building, demanding that Azerbaijan cease fire. The crowd also chants “Nikol is a traitor.”
