Police detain girl who wrote "Akhmat plum" on monument to Akhmat Kadyrov

Natalya A., a 23-year-old resident of Sergiev Posad, has been detained. She is suspected of writing "Akhmat plum" on the monument to Akhmat Kadyrov in Moscow on November 13.
The girl is under a written undertaking not to leave the city. A criminal case was opened under the article on vandalism (Article 214 of the Criminal Code).
The monument is located in Moscow on Akhmat Kadyrov Street near the Butovo metro station. The inscription was quickly erased after it appeared.
Akhmat Kadyrov is the first president of the Chechen Republic within the Russian Federation and the father of the current head of the region, Ramzan Kadyrov. He was elected to the post after the end of the active phase of the Second Chechen War, when Ichkeria de facto ceased to exist as an independent state.
Akhmat Kadyrov was killed on May 9, 2004, during Victory Day celebrations at the Dynamo Stadium in Grozny. The explosion occurred in the VIP box of the stadium, where Kadyrov was staying with high-ranking officials and military personnel. Powerful explosives were planted under the seat and detonated during the event. Akhmat Kadyrov died at the scene from his injuries. Russian authorities accused Chechen separatists, including field commander Shamil Basayev, of organizing the murder, who later claimed responsibility for the attack.
