Those calling for unrest at the airport were detained in Ingushetia

In Ingushetia, FSB officers detained several local activists. They spread false information on social networks about the arrival of a flight from Israel at Magas airport on November 1 and called on fellow citizens to riot. This is reported on the department's website.

One of the detainees said that he learned about plans to organize a provocative action from the “Anti-Jews” group on WhatsApp. The group members were planning to hold a rally at the airport due to the arrival of Israeli citizens. Magas Airport is not international; it is impossible to fly there directly from Israel.

The day before, the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Ingushetia announced the strengthening of control and law enforcement at Magas airport. Let us recall that on October 29, hundreds of residents of Dagestan burst into Makhachkala airport in search of Jews among the arriving passengers of a flight from Tel Aviv. People broke through to the runway, tried to get on the plane and blocked the possibility of departure from the airfield. As a result, 83 people were detained, 15 of them were arrested. The Investigative Committee for Dagestan opened a case under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on mass riots.
