A criminal case was opened against the arrested opponent of the war from Dagestan

Ulker Gashimova, an activist from Derbent, is being held in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Makhachkala. It became known that a criminal case was opened against her under a terrorist article due to publications in social networks. She spoke in support of Ukraine and for the independence of the peoples of the Russian Federation. According to members of the Public Monitoring Commission of Dagestan, who visited the girl in the pre-trial detention center, the investigator never visited her during her arrest.

Earlier, a court in Moscow arrested Ulker Gashimova for 10, and then for 15 days under the article on disobedience to the demand of a representative of the authorities when crossing the state border. She tried to fly abroad from Sheremetyevo Airport to Belgrade in order to apply for political asylum in the Netherlands during a transfer. After her arrest, she was sent by plane to Dagestan.
