A criminal case was opened against a resident of the KBR for a post about the murders of the population of Ukraine and Chechnya

Repeated criticism of the Russian armed forces turned for a resident of Nalchik, 36-year-old Batyr Zhaboev, into a criminal case on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). The man posted a video on Instagram that talked about the killings of civilians during the war with Ukraine and during the Russian-Chechen wars. The actions of the Russian army in the video are called "fascist and predatory."

Recall that last year an administrative case was initiated against Zhaboev under this article. Now he is under bail.
