The Georgian Parliament has expeditiously passed a bill in its third and final reading requiring organizers of protests in "places where people gather or where vehicles are moving" (including on sidewalks) to notify the police. The responsible person must contact the Patrol Service Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (located at the location of the demonstration) in writing no later than five days before the rally.
The opponent of the war from Dagestan was placed in a pre-trial detention center
Ulker Gashimova, an activist from Derbent, is being held in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Makhachkala. Previously, she was arrested in Moscow.
The reasons for placing the girl in the isolation ward are not yet known. Earlier, a court in Moscow arrested Ulker Gashimova for 10, and then for 15 days under the article on disobedience to the demand of a representative of the authorities when crossing the state border. She tried to fly abroad from Sheremetyevo Airport. After that, she was sent by plane to Dagestan.
Ulker Gashimova spoke in support of Ukraine and for the independence of the peoples of the Russian Federation. She tried to fly to Belgrade in order to apply for political asylum in the Netherlands during a transfer.
