Former political prisoner from Chechnya Zara Murtazalieva was excluded from the list of terrorists and extremists. The corresponding decision was made by Rosfinmonitoring.
The woman reacted to this news on social networks with the words “the world has turned upside down.” According to her, being on the list made any financial transactions in Russia impossible. Now these restrictions must be lifted.

In 2005, the Moscow City Court found Zara Murtazalieva guilty of preparing a terrorist attack in Moscow and sentenced her to 9 years in prison. Subsequently, the period was reduced to 8.5 years. The woman did not admit guilt. She was released in 2012, and after her release she lives in France.
