North Caucasus regions are outsiders in terms of the share of high-productivity jobs

Regions of the North Caucasus Federal District entered the bottom ten of the rating by the share of high-productivity jobs (HPJ), RIA Novosti reports.

Ingushetia came in last place, with 80 HPJs per thousand employed. Then, in reverse order, come Dagestan (93), Kabardino-Balkaria (109), Chechnya (118), Karachay-Cherkessia (126), and North Ossetia (156).

Yamal became the leader of the rating, with 890 HPJs per thousand employed. The top five also included Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (791 HPJs), Nenets Autonomous Okrug (766), Magadan Oblast (529), and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (524).

Over the past 5 years, the number of high-performance jobs in Russia has grown by 16%. High-performance jobs are those enterprises where the average monthly salary is equal to or exceeds the established threshold value. Thus, working in a high-performance job allows you to receive a salary higher than the same in the industry or in a group of similar enterprises.
