Russia strikes Azerbaijani oil depot in Ukraine again

As a result of a massive attack by Russian drones on the night of August 18, the oil depot of the Azerbaijani company SOCAR, located in the Odessa region of Ukraine, was seriously damaged.

Direct hits caused a large-scale fire and damaged all 17 tanks, as well as a pumping station and other buildings, including the control room and weighing room. The total storage capacity of the oil depot was more than 16 thousand cubic meters.

This is the second attack on this facility in August; the previous one, which occurred on August 8, also caused damage. A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the incident.
