Russian missiles hit targets in Ukraine

On October 10, Vladimir Putin announced that he had ordered massive long-range strikes. Russian missiles hit targets on the territory of Ukraine, as a result of which 301 settlements in the Kyiv, Lviv, Sumy, Ternopil and Khmelnytsky regions were left without electricity.
