The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) has published a report alleging that Georgian authorities used chemical weapons during the suppression of pro-European protests in Tbilisi in 2024. The chemical weapon in question is bromobenzyl cyanide, a chemical warfare agent dating back to World War I, also known as "kamit."
Russian missiles hit targets in Ukraine
On October 10, Vladimir Putin announced that he had ordered massive long-range strikes. Russian missiles hit targets on the territory of Ukraine, as a result of which 301 settlements in the Kyiv, Lviv, Sumy, Ternopil and Khmelnytsky regions were left without electricity. In Zaporozhye, a rocket destroyed a residential high-rise building, killing, according to updated data, 14 people.
World leaders strongly condemned the missile attack on Ukraine, which became the most massive in the entire war.
