Rosstat: Average salary in the North Caucasus reached 51 thousand rubles

The average nominal salary in the North Caucasus Federal District in the period from January to April 2025 amounted to 51.3 thousand rubles. This is 13% more than in the same period last year, according to Rosstat data.

The highest, according to documents and reports, is paid in Stavropol (58.8 thousand rubles), Karachay-Cherkessia (50.9 thousand), North Ossetia (49.8 thousand) and Kabardino-Balkaria (48.3 thousand). The lowest is in Dagestan (45.9 thousand), Chechnya (44.4 thousand) and Ingushetia (42.3 thousand rubles).

Karachay-Cherkessia is the leader in salary growth in the district. Here, the indicator has grown by 16% compared to the same period last year. In Ossetia, payments increased by 14%, in Stavropol and Dagestan – by 13.1%.
