The governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, assures that the people who supported the PMC during the invasion of Rostov on June 24 were mercenaries in disguise. “These flags, hugs too ... These are insinuations, moreover, the Wagnerites themselves. Because they were in the city, including, as far as I know, not all of them dressed in military uniforms,” Golubev said.
