The son of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, 17-year-old Adam Kadyrov, received the Order of the Hero of the Caucasian War Baysangur Benoyevsky for eternal storage and wearing. This was reported by the Chairman of the Government of Chechnya Magomed Daudov.
According to him, this award was presented to the Chechen leader and naib of the imamate Baysangur Benoyevsky by Imam Shamil during the years of the conflict.
"This is not only a high honor, but also a symbol of the continuity of generations, a reminder of the great history of the Chechen people and their heroic struggle for freedom!" Daudov wrote.
Kadyrov Jr. oversees two battalions named after Baysangur Benoyevsky and Sheikh Mansur. He also works as the head of the security service of the head and government of the Chechen Republic.
