Turkey is determined to support the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, including Crimea and the Crimean Tatars. This was stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
In addition, during his speech at the Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine, which is taking place in London, Fidan noted that Turkey is one of the countries playing a leading role in the restoration of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, Turkish contractors in Ukraine have been involved in 50 projects worth $3.2 billion.
In London, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba held the first meeting with his Turkish counterpart. Bilateral cooperation between the countries was discussed. “I confirmed Ukraine's interest in supporting and expanding the Black Sea Grain Initiative, as well as in mobilizing global support for the peace formula,” Kuleba wrote on his Twitter account.
