Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees on personal sanctions against a number of Russian and Ukrainian citizens. One of the persons involved is the assistant to the head of Chechnya, the republic's minister for national policy, external relations, press and information, Akhmed Dudayev.
"Another "scary" sanctions list! The day is ruined. A clown announced sanctions against me. Sanctions from a jester are already like a state award)))", Dudayev responded on his Telegram channel.
Earlier, Ukraine added the head of Chechnya and some people from his entourage to the sanctions list.
