Ramzan Kadyrov reported the destruction of three drones in Chechnya. He said one drone was shot down by Russian Aerospace Forces air defense forces over the territory of the neighboring republic, and two were shot down by mobile fire teams of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard directly over Chechnya.
The Fifth Court of Cassation in Pyatigorsk recognized the claim of the native of Chechnya, Mansur Rajaev, and awarded him compensation for violation of the conditions of detention in Colony 6 of the Khabarovsk Territory. In 2012, Rajaev was sentenced to life imprisonment, having recognized it as a member of the NWF, the members of which eliminated six soldiers of the Russian internal troops in Dagestan in September 1999.
In his complaint, Mansur Rajaev pointed to the failure of the colony administration to provide personal files, as well as to obstruction of the filing of a complaint with the ECHR. It considered these actions to be violations of the conditions of detention and requested compensation in the amount of 200 thousand rubles.
The Factory District Court of Grozny ordered the prison administration to acquaint the prisoner with the case file and pay compensation in the amount of 3 thousand rubles. This decision was upheld by the Court of Appeal. The Fifth Court of Cassation also upheld the ruling.
