Georgia and Azerbaijan are striving to simplify border crossings: the parties plan to introduce a single-window system at joint border crossings.

The Armenian parliament will hold hearings on the possibility of holding a referendum on the country's membership in the EU. The initiative to hold these hearings belongs to the “Platform of Democratic Forces of Armenia”, which unites several political forces.
“Armenia will continue to increase cooperation and rapprochement with the European Union,” Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in May. According to him, these relations will go beyond SEPA - an agreement on expanded and comprehensive cooperation. There is political will to deepen relations between the parties, including in the field of aviation and economic diversification.
Earlier, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, answering the question of the host of the Democracy Summit event in Denmark, “In what year would you like Armenia to become a member of the EU?”, cheerfully answered: “This year.” In addition, he noted that his country has no other choice but to move towards Europe. Also, the Armenian prime minister has repeatedly criticized the military-political bloc CSTO, which is under Russian influence, and announced the suspension of Armenia’s membership in it.
