In Chechnya they refused to initiate a criminal case against Kadyrov’s son for beating Nikita Zhuravel in a pre-trial detention center

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya refused to initiate a criminal case into the beating of student Nikita Zhuravel by Kadyrov’s son. The reason is that Adam Kadyrov has not reached the age of criminal responsibility. He is 15 years old, and criminal cases are initiated against defendants aged 16 years and older.

A little earlier it was reported that employees of the police department No. 1 of the Akhmatovsky district of the city of Grozny began an investigation into the video published in the media of the beating of Nikita Zhuravel by the son of Ramzan Kadyrov, Adam Kadyrov, in the Grozny pre-trial detention center-1. A student from Volgograd was sent under arrest to Chechnya with the approval of Russian President Putin. He is accused of burning the Koran and apologized to all Muslims.
