Russian military personnel stationed in Armenia must obey local laws, not Russian ones. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement during a briefing in Yerevan. The authorities of Chechnya, as part of another "Kadyrov's" detachment, sent Hussein Zakayev to fight with Ukraine. Caucasus reports. Realities. The young man is the nephew of the head of the government of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (ChRI) in exile, Akhmed Zakayev.
39-year-old Hussein is disabled, he has repeatedly operated on a vertebral hernia, he is not even able to sit normally. In May, he and his brother Bislan were detained by Chechen security forces because of the opposition activities of their uncle, Akhmed Zakaev. The latter himself often visits Ukraine and coordinates the activities of the CRI armed forces as part of the international legion of Ukraine.
