Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said Yerevan does not rule out taking its dispute with Russia over the management of the South Caucasus Railway to an international court if the issue cannot be resolved through negotiations. At the same time, he stressed that the Armenian authorities hope to settle the matter through talks.
Another kidnapping has occurred in Chechnya
A resident of the village of Ilskhan-Yurt in the Kurchaloyevsky district of Chechnya, Adam Akhmatov, was kidnapped four days ago. Since then, he has been held in the Kurchaloyevsky police department. This was reported by the Chechen opposition Telegram channel NIYSO.
The day before, the 1ADAT channel reported the kidnapping of Lom-Ali Idigov, a cousin of the first president of Ichkeria, Dzhokhar Dudayev, in the republic. Also recently, a native of Chechnya, Yusup Musayev, disappeared after being extradited from Egypt to the Russian Federation. On September 18, the young man arrived at Sheremetyevo Airport, and nothing has been known about him since then. He may be in Chechnya.
