A second administrative case has been opened in Chechnya in Russia for searching for "extremist materials" online. The case was registered by the Naursky District Court, and local resident Isa Magomadov is listed as the offender.
In Chechnya, a soldier was dismissed for refusing to travel to the firing range during the war in Ukraine.
Grozny garrison military court did not satisfy the claim of former contractor Zaur Kaimov. He tried to reinstate himself after being fired for refusing to go on a field trip in July 2022.
According to Kaimov, before the business trip, he planned to pass a military medical commission and on this basis did not go to the test site. He served as the commander of the mortar detachment and carried out his commands with distinction. However, they stated that the contractor refused to go to the firing range and was dismissed.
Kaimov served in the 70th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment (based in Shali). His staff took part in the war in Ukraine.
