In Dagestan, four fathers with many children were illegally sent to war in Ukraine.

The Makhachkala garrison military court refused to consider the claims of representatives of four residents of Dagestan. As fathers of three or more children, they were legally entitled to deferment, but were mobilized and sent to fight against Ukraine.
The plaintiffs were Umar Shikhmaisurov from Izberbash, Murad Abdurakhmanov from Kizlyar, Saiputti Salakhov from Buynak district and Rinat Ismailov from Babayurt district. The court stated that the plaintiffs did not appear in person and the suit was not signed. Therefore, the applications of their legal representatives are not subject to review. In this case, Ismailov was even unfit for military service, but he was mobilized.
