In Dagestan, a well-known public figure was planted with a grenade

Public figure and sports commentator Ramazan Rabadanov was detained in Makhachkala.

"On Gamzatov Avenue in Makhachkala, people approached Rabadanov and put a grenade in his jacket. Now he is in a detention center," said Shamil Khadulaev, chairman of the Public Supervisory Commission.

Relatives believe that this is connected with the pogrom at the Makhachkala airport in 2023, when people protested against the arrival of a plane from Israel. Rabadanov often went to court and supported the accused. He also criticized corruption in Dagestan.

Ramazan Rabadanov's house was searched. According to the commentator's son, law enforcement officers want to charge him with Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - "Illegal acquisition or carrying of weapons."
