In Dagestan, a public figure was transferred from a pre-trial detention center to house arrest
The Kirovsky District Court of Makhachkala softened the punishment of public figure Ramazan Rabadanov. He was sent to house arrest from the SIZO. Shamil Khadulaev, head of the Public Supervisory Commission of Dagestan, reported this.

On November 7, Ramazan Rabadanov was detained by the Central Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Makhachkala. They allegedly found a pistol, cartridges and a grenade in his possession. The blogger was accused of illegal trafficking of weapons and ammunition. He informed his relatives that the security forces threw prohibited items at him.

Relatives of Rabadanov noted that he received threats from law enforcement agencies four times regarding his live broadcasts in support of those arrested in connection with the pogrom at the Makhachkala airport, who opposed the arrival of the plane from Israel.

Khadulaev said that during the arrest, the security forces damaged Rabadanov's cervical vertebrae. At the same time, in the debates, the defendant apologized to the police and executive authorities. Rabadanov also promised to delete his profiles from YouTube, Instagram and other social networks.
