In Dagestan, the fine against the participant of the picket in support of Navalny was canceled

The Supreme Court of Dagestan dismissed the case against local resident Ibragim Parkuev and canceled the fine imposed on him. Earlier, a court in Makhachkala fined him 2,000 rubles under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Disobedience to the order of a law enforcement officer).

Recall that on June 4, Ibragim Parkuev came out with a poster "Happy birthday, Alexey." He was detained and taken to the Soviet police department of Makhachkala. Then they charged disobedience to police officers and aggression.

On June 4, the birthday of political prisoner Alexei Navalny, single actions were held in different cities of the Russian Federation. A number of participants were detained and fined.
