In January 2023, it became known that 35-year-old Kurban Dalgatov died in OP in the Soviet district of Makhachkala from strangulation. Doctors recorded bodily injuries.
According to investigators, the police detained Dalgatov, as they believed that he helped to hide to a friend suspected of shooting at a person.
