Two more police officers were detained in Dagestan on suspicion of torturing and murdering a man

In the case of the murder of Kurban Dalgatov, two more employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were detained - operative Timur Gugaev and ex-deputy head of the criminal investigation department of the Sovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs of Makhachkala Arsen Abdulkadirov.

Let us recall that Makhachkala resident Kurban Dalgatov was killed at the end of January last year in the Sovetsky District Department of Internal Affairs of Makhachkala. According to the official prosecution, Dalgatov’s death occurred as a result of torture.

It is planned to bring final charges against 13 defendants in the near future. A preventive measure was chosen against 10 police officers in the form of placement in a pre-trial detention center or house arrest. The prosecutor's office will ask the court for a real deprivation of liberty for all the accused. A department employee told the mother of the deceased about this.
