Furthermore, according to security officials, members of the movement planned terrorist attacks in Stavropol, Krasnoyarsk, St. Petersburg, Lipetsk, Orenburg, Kaluga, Buryatia, and other regions. They also set cars on fire and spread fake news about bombs planted in schools in the United States, Germany, and Italy.
Law enforcement officials claim the suspect administered information resources promoting terrorism with an audience of over 200,000 subscribers. The community was allegedly funded by Ukrainian intelligence services, which promised additional rewards for killings with the highest number of victims. According to the suspect, he wanted to gain notoriety. The teenager was arrested and charged with plotting mass murder.
