Eight employees of Rosseti North Caucasus arrested in Ingushetia
In Ingushetia, the FSB together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained former and current employees of PJSC Rosseti North Caucasus, its branch Ingushenergo and contractors. They are accused of embezzlement of budget funds on an especially large scale.
 
According to investigators, eight people stole over 66 million rubles allocated for the construction of the Plievo-Novaya electrical substation in the Nazran district.
 
As part of the criminal case on fraud committed by an organized group on an especially large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), searches were conducted at the residences of the participants of the criminal community. By decision of the Magas District Court, a preventive measure was chosen for the accused in the form of detention in the Karabulak pretrial detention center.
