In Ingushetia, two residents suspected of involvement in the murder of a general in Moscow have been detained
Batuhan Tochiyev and Ramazan Padiev have been detained in Ingushetia. They are suspected of involvement in the murder of the chief of the radiation, chemical and biological defense troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his assistant. This was reported by a number of Telegram channels. There is no official confirmation of this information.
 
According to the security forces, the suspects, on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services, registered the rental of the apartment in which the perpetrator of the terrorist attack was located and provided him with transportation. According to the investigation, both are members of an Islamist organization of followers of the religious movement of Batal-Khadzhi Belkharoev.
 
Lieutenant General of the RCBZ of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kirillov was killed in Moscow on December 17, 2024, as a result of an explosion at the entrance to his house.
