In the city of Prokhladny, Kabardino-Balkaria, on Gagarin Street, 57, the military registration and enlistment office caught fire. An unknown person threw a Molotov cocktail at the window of the building. The fire area was 1 square meter and was quickly extinguished by a watchman.

On suspicion of arson, 24-year-old Daniil K. was detained, who stated that he committed the arson because this military registration and enlistment office called him to serve in the Russian Armed Forces.
