Two servicemen were convicted in the KBR

The Nalchik garrison military court sentenced conditionally mobilized Arsen Shakurov to two years. He was found guilty of abandoning a military unit.

Shakurov, who had previously participated in the SVO, left his unit for a month to help his father care for his mother who had suffered a stroke, but the investigation considered this an unjustifiable reason. The court issued a guilty verdict.

In addition, Alim Bermamitov received a one-year suspended sentence. According to him, he left his duty station to spend time with his children and help his parents.
