The Leninsky District Court of Stavropol, following a lawsuit filed by the First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, confiscated property worth over 31 million rubles from former Dagestan Deputy Prime Minister Rayudin Yusufov and his relatives.

The Nalchik garrison court sentenced mobilized Isa Malsagov, accused of leaving a military unit, to five years of probation. Mitigating circumstances were recognized as his receipt of the medal “For Courage” for being wounded at the Northern Military District in Ukraine and participation in the counter-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus.
According to investigators, Malsagov left the military unit and a few months later appeared at the investigative department after a call from the military registration and enlistment office. All this time he was with relatives.
Previously, pregnant Madina Kabaloeva, a corporal from Kabardino-Balkaria, was sentenced to six years in prison under Art. 337 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to appear for service without good reason during the period of mobilization). According to investigators, the girl applied to the medical company of the military unit, where she was recommended to be temporarily released from service due to pregnancy and the presence of a five-year-old child. However, due to her failure to appear before the leadership of the military unit, a criminal case was opened against Kabaloeva, despite the fact that she had a medical certificate for temporary release from service.
