In the KBR, the SVO participant was sentenced to five and a half years
The Nalchik Garrison Military Court found Kabardino-Balkaria resident Adam Ivanov guilty of evading military service and sentenced him to 5.5 years in a general regime colony. Previously, he participated in SVO.
Ivanov was mobilized in September 2022. According to investigators, since then he has left the military unit three times and gone home. In court, the serviceman stated that he had no intention of evading service.
Despite participation in the “SVO” and the presence of a newborn child, the command of the unit considered that there were no grounds for changing the real term. The court sentenced Ivanov to five and a half years in prison in a general regime colony.
