In the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, a participant in the "SVO" was sentenced to three and a half years

The Nalchik Garrison Military Court sentenced a native of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, mobilized Asker Nebezhev, to three years and six months in prison. The participant in the hostilities in Ukraine was found guilty of dodging military service twice.

Nebezhev was mobilized in September 2022. He served in a military unit located in Ingushetia and took part in the "SVO".

In March of this year, the man was sent on a business trip to the Zaporizhia region of Ukraine, but upon arriving there, he did not show up for duty. The investigation established that instead, he "rented an apartment and spent his time at his own discretion," and then returned to his unit in Ingushetia. In April, Nebezhev was again sent on a business trip to the Zaporizhia region, where, like last time, he rented housing and rested for a month. On April 18, he returned to his unit in Ingushetia.

For the first evasion, the court sentenced the accused to 2 years, for the second - 1 year and 6 months in a general regime penal colony.
