The Nalchik Garrison Military Court sentenced serviceman Timur Nasipov to one year in prison. He was found guilty of evading military service.
 
According to the investigation, the mobilized Nasipov, with the permission of the command, went home on August 18, 2023 and was supposed to report to the unit three days later. But he did not arrive, as he decided to spend time with relatives and friends.
 
The mobilized man pleaded guilty. The court sentenced him to one year of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
 
Recently, the Nalchik Garrison Military Court sentenced servicemen Arsen Baev and Murat Khapov to seven and five years of imprisonment, respectively. They were also found guilty of leaving the unit without permission.
