Three more Crimean Tatar activists were arrested in Crimea

A court in Crimea arrested until May 4 Crimean Tatar activists Memet Lyumanov, Aziz Azizov and Mustafa Abduramanov in the case of a terrorist organization. A little earlier, journalist Rustem Osmanov was placed in a pre-trial detention center. The day before, security forces conducted searches in their homes in Bakhchisaray and the Dzhankoy district of Crimea. They looked for banned literature from activists.
Criminal cases are being initiated against Crimean Tatars en masse, most often for participation in a political party in Hizb ut-Tahrir. It is recognized as terrorist in Russia, but at the same time it operates legally in Ukraine, European countries and the world.
