The Telavi District Court fined Georgian citizen Aleksi Kenchoshvili 1,500 lari for verbally insulting Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze on social media. The case was heard based on a report filed by the Hate Speech Division of the Human Rights Protection Department under the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Overnight into September 30, Ukraine's energy infrastructure was subjected to a massive attack, resulting in emergency power outages and water supply disruptions in several regions. Specifically, energy facilities were damaged in Kyiv, as well as in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Rivne, Odesa, and other regions.
