Another serviceman sentenced to a long term in Nalchik

The Nalchik Garrison Military Court sentenced Adam Tsyzdoev to five years. He was found guilty of unauthorized abandonment of his place of service during mobilization.

According to investigators, on July 18, 2023, Tsyzdoev left the military unit's deployment point. On January 9, 2025, he himself arrived at the unit in the village of Troitskaya, Sunzhensky District, Ingushetia. All this time, he spent his time at his own discretion. The defendant fully admitted his guilt.

Earlier, the Nalchik Garrison Military Court has repeatedly sentenced contract soldiers and mobilized personnel to real terms for evading military service. In particular, Algiz Valitov received two years in prison, and Amerkhan Kurskiyev received five years. In addition, Arsen Baev and Murat Khapov were sentenced to seven and five years in prison, respectively.
