More than half of the schools in Dagestan, Yakutia and Tyva do not have working toilets. In addition, 20% of schools in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic do not have sewerage systems. In general, in the Russian Federation, every 11th educational institution does not have a sewerage system, according to the Ministry of Education.
Earlier, Russian President Putin said that in the West there are “common toilets for boys and girls, so it is very difficult for people with traditional values to live in such conditions.” Also, Russian deputies have repeatedly spoken about “gender-neutral toilets” in Ukraine.

He provided no evidence of their existence.
