A court in Vladikavkaz sentenced serviceman Alan Ezeev to five and a half years probation. He was found guilty of leaving a military unit without permission.
Ezeev stated that during his absence from the unit from March to June 2023, he was with his family and could not get into the service due to a problem with documents. He also appealed to the command with a request to send him to the “Northern Military District to Ukraine” zone. The court took into account his wishes and imposed a suspended sentence.
In addition, under the same article, the Nalchik Garrison Court sentenced officer Daga Gadiev to five years in a penal colony. He told the court that he was absent from the unit to care for his sick mother. The accused was not sentenced to a general regime colony due to the fact that he took part in hostilities within the framework of the "SVO" and was awarded a departmental medal.
